Guests of honour this year are the northern breeds "Bleue du Nord" (Northern Blue) and "Rouge Flamande" (Flanders Red)
Their breeders will present 4 Blues and 4 Reds, as well as 2 Northern Draft horses and their use in draft work; 2 Boulonnais draft horses, 4 Boulonnais sheep (specialty lamb) and a variety of farmyard animals
The topics to be discussed are: the sustainability of breeding systems, setting up business and transmitting knowledge
